About

Hi, we’re Griffin and Audrey.

From our home base in Utah’s Wasatch Mountains, we’re out with raptors whenever we can—scanning skies, walking riverbanks, and wandering backroads in search of silhouettes on the horizon.

Every encounter adds to a growing record of field observations, photographs, and stories. Some come from the wild, others from aviaries and refuges where these birds can be studied up close. Together they form a picture of how raptors live, hunt, migrate, and survive in today’s landscapes.

This site is where it all comes together. Here we share species ID tips, field notes, conservation insights, and photography—built for anyone who wants to see, understand, and help conserve these birds of prey.
